Some simple screenshots...

The engine is up and running on the iPad. Here are a few screenshots that aren't that exciting. Most of my time has been spent getting the interface working properly the way it should work on the iPad. Zooming and panning now work, as well as a couple of types of selection. The next step is getting the toolbar to display the various tools and symbols that can be entered. The notation engine is ready and I just have to get some information into it.

XCode upgraded

XCode is now upgraded and we have been able to run the application on actual hardware. It is quite exciting to see the staffs, systems and notes actually rendered on the display. The screen is quite beautiful and working with the score on the device, rather than through the software emulator, is liberating. The pinch zoom code needs work now that we can actually make the gesture on an actual device.

Screenshots will be coming soon.

Finally have the iPad...

We are now able to test out the application on real hardware. Well, at least when we update the SDK to match the version of the OS on the iPad we pickup up Saturday. I will post some screen shots as soon as I do that.
